Placement & Course Availability
If you have selected a course without fixed dates, a staff member will be in touch to discuss your class schedule and arrange payment. Your place is guaranteed once your payment is confirmed. In the event that we cannot place you in a class due to scheduling or seat constraints, you will be issued a full refund.

Cancellations & Postponement
For group courses, cancellations or postponement must be made at least 5 working days before the start of the new term. Please note that a $55 administrative fee will be charged. Cancellations or postponements made less than 5 working days before the start of the term are non refundable. For private & semi-private lessons, fees are non refundable and cancellations or postponements must be made at least 2 working days prior to the lesson date. Cancellations & postponements must be made during our operating hours (11:00am to 7:00pm Mondays to Saturdays).

Transfers & Supplementary Lessons
Fees cannot be transferred to private or semi-private lessons. If you miss lessons, supplementary lessons can be arranged at $49.50/hour (weekdays 11:00am – 5:30pm) or $55 (after 5:30pm and Saturdays). Valid until new term starts.
