Japanese Calligraphy 書道 SHODOU course

“Calligraphy is the art of writing pictographic characters with an ink-drenched brush and a focussed mind… ”

• $15 or $20 for 2 hours
• Contents: How to use the tools, Practice Basic Kanji and your name and make your own special! If you want to continue this course, kanji is getting more complicated and try different types of writing..

Flower arrangement 生け花 IKEBANA course

“Ikebana is the art of traditional Japanese flower arrangement, originally related to religious ceremonies…”

• $15 or $20 for 2 hours (Also the cost of Flowers and some tools is plus $25. if you bring your own bowl for decorating your flowers, it will be $20)
• Contents: History, basic practice and knowledge, let's make it!

Paper-Craft Arts 折り紙 ORIGAMI course

“You can make many shapes simply folding a small square of paper…”

• $15 or $20 for 2 hours (including origami papers)
• Contents: Practice Basic folding and make special shape!

Kimono wearing 着物 KIMONO course

“Kimono is a beautiful and unique Japanese costume, it is just beautiful and you feel special in the costume…”

• $15 or $20 for 2 hours (You can bring your own kimono / yukata)
• Contents: Kimono introduction, how to wear, variations in obi, let's wear it and take some photos!
