This new school started in January 2008 and has been created by students' requests.

Teachers are experienced, qualified and happy native Japanese teachers. We are always intereted in finidng out what, why and how students want to learn so that we can tailor lessons to suite your needs. Teachers simply love to receive ARIGATO (thank you) from students.
Teachers do not only work hard to achive result but also love communicating with students! Do not forget that this friendly, easy and cozy little school is made by easy and friendly teachers and students.

You will learn and use Japanese in a variety of real-life situations. You will learn Japanese in 日本語 (Japanese), which is the most effective and interesting way to learn! So it will switch your brain into Japanese-mode in a classroom helping to reinforce new words and expressions. This method will help quickly build your confidence in Japanese.
How do we teach? Teachers use lots of visual representations and give you a lot of opportunities for oral and written practice until you feel comfortable.
However, at Japaneasy we know that each students is an individual with individual needs so we believe our teaching methods should be as individual and flexible as you are!Our priority is always with the students comfort in mind.
All lessons are enjoyable and informative!!

Japaneasy Japanese Language School is located right in Melbourne CBD. Students find it very easy to come before/after work, some students come even in their lunch time or break in their work/university. Come and visit this hand-made school at anytime: Level 4, 126 Russell st (Between Bourke st and Little Collins st).

9 am – 10:30 pm, Mon – Sat.( Sorry it is not 24 hours 365days…) Our time is quite flexible. We work long hours!
This fact also the reason why many variety of students such as business men, university students, housewives and so on are learning with us.

There are 5 main activities focused on during lessons at Japaneasy Japanese Language School; Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing and Laughing!
There are a variety of classes such as; group / conversation / private / intensive / travel / JLPT / VCE courses (all levels).
Teachers always care about your progress, if you find the course is unsuitable you get a teahcer advice.
Japanese culture and manners are also introduced and discussed through the lessons.
Small class (6 people maximum) and our range of classes will help you to find the way you learn best!!!!
Lessons reflect Japanese social conditions and everyday life so your Japanese will quickly improve just as though you were actually there.

Teachers have to eat every day, so we must charge tuition fees but we set very reasonable fee because we do not like overcharging. If in doubt, please compare us with other schools!
Though the tuition fee is very reasonable, teachers make great efforts to maintain the reputation of Japaneasy and its high standard of teaching.

Locally, we have a exchange club ‘Japanese Village -NihonMura-’ with Japanese people every 2nd and 4th wednesdays of each month. You will have the opportunity to speak what you learnt in lessons and have a chance to understand Japanese people and thier culture even though if your level is not good enough to express yourself in Japanese. Just make some friends!
Also among our students, after many school parties we naturally become friends. Therefore, it often happens when you go to Japan, you can visit someone who lives or stays in Japan then.
Please remember more than 90% of students continue on to study with us after completing their 1st course.
